• Case load/PPD: 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for OP clinic
• Support staff: 10 MD/DO's, 8 APP's
• Patient population: Adults
• Call ratio/schedule: 2-3 weekends/year, nights are 1:10
• Location type: On-Site
• Prescriptive authority required: Yes
• # of new consults: 10 IP consults/day, give or take
• Treament type(s): General Hem/Onc
